LAURA REPOLI-CAMPBELL

"My goal as a coach for Northern Stars Lacrosse is to help talented and committed players refine their individual skills and conceptual team strategies to become prepared for competitive collegiate play. As director of Northern Stars Lacrosse, my goal for the program is to provide as much exposure through tournaments and collegiate resources, so these players will achieve their goals of playing and succeeding at the next level. I am dedicated to coaching with purpose, pride and passion for Northern Stars Lacrosse."

- Laura Repoli-Campbell, Founder/Director

JOHN CAMPBELL

"Being involved with lacrosse for 6 years, has given me the knowledge of the game and have the ability to help the team by having a keen eye to notice the good and bad things that they do. I can help them change habits and become better all around players. The best way to learn sometimes is by watching what others do, and that is also the best way to teach sometimes. This is my philosophy of coaching and how I can help bring the best out of the girls by teaching them to observe and then apply yourself."

John Campbell, Coach

COLLEEN OLSEN

"With a year of Division I lacrosse under my belt, I feel like my knowledge of the game has grown tremendously. Learning every day in practice from some of the best coaches in the country, I've gained so much insight into what it takes to play lacrosse at a high level, especially on the defensive end, insight that I can't wait to share. My goal is to help the girls become fundamentally sound players who understand how to work together as a team and enjoy every minute of playing the game they love."

Coleen Olsen, Coach

AMY ARCHAMBAULT

" I am motivating, highly familiar with the sport from every aspect of the game and great with coaching from past experience teaching at sports camps."

Amy Archambault, Coach

CATHERINE POMPOSI

"As a coach, I want to help young players really understand the game and fine tune their skills. I want to help them with their stickwork and emphasize using both hands. Also, I want to help them understand the dynamics of a team and help them understand what works in a full field game of lacrosse versus how to play in something much smaller like a 1 v 1."

Catherine Pomposi, Coach

PATRICIA SUTTON

"I want to increase players’ confidence in themselves by showing them exciting and useful aspects of the game of lacrosse. I would also like to prepare them for higher levels of play by making practice both fun and a learning experience. Lastly, I hope to share my lifelong love and appreciation of the game of lacrosse."

Patricia Sutton, Coach

CARY FINNEGAN

"I absolutely love the game of lacrosse and it has been great playing at Colby in the competitive NESCAC conference. I have learned so much the past couple of years and as a coach I hope to use that experience to help players really improve their skills, build confidence, and most importantly have fun playing the game!"

"I am the recruiting secretary for my coach and so if any of the players have questions regarding the process of recruitment I think I could provide some helpful insights."

Cary Finnegan, Coach

JILL POMPOSI

"My goals are to help the girls understand the game of lacrosse, importance of teamwork, and respect. I would love to stress the idea that everyone on the field plays defense. I am a low defender and nothing is more frustrating to me than when my low attackers feel like they do not need to play defense once the ball is turned over.  On another note, just pure fact, I love to be loud. I try to have fun with everything I do and try to live life by the moment."

Jill Pomposi, Coach

AMANDA NIEDBALA

"I offer to the northern stars club my dedication and love of the sport, and my ability to work well with kids on and off the field. I’m always collecting new ideas for drills that advance skill or mimic game situations. I try to give individual attention as much as possible, and give players constant updates on their progress. During games, my goal is always to stay positive and find the best strategy that will help my players perform their best against that opponent on that day with the teammates with whom are sharing the field."

Amanda Niedbala, Coach

MEGAN ORR

"I hope to really work with the goalies in teaching them the techniques I’ve learned throughout the years as a goalie. Most importantly I want to teach them how to be confident in the net and learn to love it."

Megan Orr, Coach
